1. Methods of payment do you accept?

Pick A Toy comply with the highest standards of safety and security set by the credit card companies. Your credit card information is encrypted using SSL technology during transmission preventing third-party sites from seeing or accessing it. When you submit your payment details, it is only used to complete the requested transaction, none of your credit card details are stored.
3. What is your return policy?
If you're unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund. Please contact our customer service team for return details.
Upon receipt of the return, please allow 2 - 10 working days for your refund to be processed.
4.Can I change or cancel my order once I've placed it?
Of course! If the order hasn't been shipped, we are able to change or cancel an existing order. Please contact us at our customer service email customer service.
5. I received a coupon code, how can I use it?
Coupon codes can be used during checkout. Once you have entered the coupon code, the total price will be updated.

How can I use a coupon code?
